In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining tax compliance systems and documentation, while coordinating legal activities and ensuring compliance across the organization. Your work will involve overseeing transfer pricing and supporting the integration of newly acquired companies.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in business administration with focus on tax, accounting, or corporate law
• •Initial professional experience in tax, transfer pricing, or legal/compliance
• •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• •Basic knowledge of IFRS, indirect tax regulations, EU directives, and corporate governance
• •Interest in tax and legal compliance systems with experience in documentation or CMS tools
• •High level of integrity, independence, and structured, detail-oriented working style
• •Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external consultants

• •Support the setup and maintenance of the global Tax Compliance Management System
• •Oversee group-wide transfer pricing documentation
• •Ensure compliance quality across local entities
• •Contribute to standard procedures for tax and corporate law topics
• •Assist in managing corporate legal activities
• •Coordinate the legal integration of newly acquired companies
• •Support compliance with transparency requirements and legal documentation obligations
