Aufgaben
- Consult with departments to optimize end-to-end business processes
- Support key users in customer service and plant maintenance
- Analyze customer requirements and service messages
- Create solution concepts for SAP tools and processes
- Configure SAP standards, add-ons, and in-house developments
- Redesign processes for future S/4HANA system mapping
- Coordinate international customer service and plant maintenance projects
- Manage internal and external resources for projects and changes
- Provide ongoing support for customer service and plant maintenance
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation
