- Solid experience in Vulnerability Management or Security Operations, including enterprise scanning tools
- Strong understanding of cloud environments and CI/CD security integration
- Experience reviewing solution architectures, identifying gaps, and providing security recommendations
- Collaboration with globally distributed teams and proactive blocker resolution
- Strong communication skills, translating complex security topics
- Proven capability to drive processes, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality outputs
- Constructive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives
- Strong relationship building capability and collaborative approach
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and influencing decisions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related technical field
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, CI/CD orchestration tools, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
- Experience working with enterprise InfoSec teams and central governance bodies
- Security-related certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, GIAC) are a strong plus
- Engaging experience with stakeholders across architecture, engineering, and operational teams
Aufgaben
- Ensure high-quality, actionable, and correctly classified vulnerabilities
- Design and enhance predictable vulnerability processes
- Ensure transparent and efficient vulnerability handling
- Own escalated blockers and remove obstacles
- Partner with engineering, cloud, and platform teams
- Drive real remediation progress
- Identify cross-product vulnerability patterns
- Improve scanning accuracy and reduce friction
- Partner with CTO Hyderabad Vulnerability Operations
- Ensure smooth daily vulnerability handling
- Prevent overdue vulnerability tasks
- Align with Group Information Security
- Evolve scanning capabilities to meet organizational needs
- Support integrating security controls into CI/CD
- Support integrating security controls into cloud environments
- Contribute to solution designs for security alignment
- Ensure adherence to architectural principles
- Constructively challenge solution designs
- Help teams build secure systems
- Promote scalable and resilient system design
- Build trusted partnerships with security and infrastructure teams
- Collaborate with application owners and operations
- Communicate security topics clearly and constructively
- Tailor messages for diverse audiences
- Facilitate team alignment
- Resolve team blockers
- Guide teams towards common goals
