- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in cyber and information security
- Fluency in English and German
- Solid knowledge of IT processes and controls
- Good understanding of risk and control frameworks such as CoBIT, ISO, NIST, ITIL, PCI
- Thorough understanding of latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud Security Solutions (Defender Suite, Cloud App Security, Azure Sentinel, Purview) and Cloud Proxy solutions
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Client-focused, proactive, and results-driven approach
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Improve the Cyber Risk Management framework
- Review and monitor security compliance against regulatory frameworks
- Support the execution of the cybersecurity strategy
- Contribute to management reporting on cybersecurity
- Participate in security-related projects and initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams
- Assist with Business Continuity Management initiatives
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews
- Plan and implement training programs on security culture
- Assist with Operational Due-Diligence exercises for IT security topics
- Serve as a deputy for team members during absences
