- Preferably basic English knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Flexible work ability for team coverage
Aufgaben
- Prepare and check customs and transport documents for legal compliance
- Send customs documentation on time to carriers, customers, suppliers, and partners
- Coordinate daily with customs authorities, carriers, and warehouse providers on CH/AT/CH transport and customs clearance
- Verify and correct supplier import documents and duties per regulations
- Cover business hours for goods receipt and issue
- Handle and resolve customs-related complaints promptly
- Collaborate with KZS St. Margrethen on goods spot checks
- Communicate with carriers for timely, correct customs clearance documentation
- Prepare and renew necessary permits
- Maintain proper records of all clearances
- Prepare documentation for inward processing
- Monitor VAT, customs law, duties, and procedures
