- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Experience in matrix and multicultural organizations
Aufgaben
- Lead complex Contract Logistics implementation projects across Europe
- Manage projects from investment approval through hypercare completion
- Drive greenfield site and standard lease implementations
- Oversee project planning, delivery, and risk management
- Control project budgets and financial performance
- Coordinate across global, regional, and local organizations
- Collaborate with product, HSSE, and technology functions
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Support the Area Head in building organizational capability
- Set project direction and make critical decisions
- Execute contracting strategies and project plans
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and legal requirements
- Manage suppliers to ensure service level delivery
- Develop risk mitigation plans and cost controls
- Share best practices with the European project community
