As an Implementation Analyst, you will engage with clients to set up and customize technical solutions, ensuring smooth installations and effective training. This role involves troubleshooting systems, documenting processes, and providing valuable feedback to enhance the offerings.

Anforderungen

• •Technical degree in geoinformatics, computer science, information technology, or surveying
• •Professional experience in project work in network information systems or geographic information systems
• •Experience in the energy industry
• •Good IT skills in Microsoft operating systems, IIS, Active Directory, Group Policies, and networking
• •Proficiency in scripting languages like MS PowerShell or Perl
• •Good knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, complemented by programming experience in .Net languages
• •Structured thinking and goal-oriented work style
• •Ability to explain technical content understandably and monitor learning progress
• •Good English and very good German language skills in written and spoken forms
• •Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
