Aufgaben
- Act as primary HR contact for employees and managers
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Manage full payroll process using ABACUS
- Administer related insurance using digital HR systems
- Lead recruitment from job posting to onboarding
- Ensure engaging candidate experience with modern tools
- Oversee HR processes and policies
- Identify areas for improvement in HR workflows
- Leverage technology to optimize HR operations
- Support conflict resolution and workplace challenges
- Foster collaborative culture
- Serve as HR liaison with finance team in Belfast
- Ensure alignment with global HR practices
- Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and integrity
