Anforderungen
- Commercial training and examinations in payroll accounting and employment law, or degree with HR/law focus, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in HR operations with employment law expertise; banking sector experience advantageous
- Sound knowledge of HR systems (Workday, Sage DPW), excellent Excel skills, interest in AI use cases
- Strong advisory skills and professional, solution-oriented approach with stakeholders
- Structured, accurate, and service-oriented work approach
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Aufgaben
- Manage payroll processing with external provider
- Ensure data quality and HR system updates
- Advise on payroll, compensation, employment law, social security, and payroll tax
- Coordinate annual compensation process
- Implement compensation measures with HR Business Partners and Group HR
- Prepare and analyze compensation and equal pay reports
- Derive recommendations from compensation and equal pay reports
- Monitor legislative and internal developments
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements and employment law
- Contribute to EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation
- Drive HR process optimization, digitalization, and automation
