- Plan, coordinate, and deliver HR IT projects
- Lead project streams or entire programs
- Collaborate with HR, IT, SAP consultants, and management
- Structure and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Communicate clearly and transparently throughout the project
- Moderate workshops, status meetings, and decision-making sessions
- Contribute to the development of HR IT project management standards
