- Post job advertisements and screen resumes
- Schedule interviews and assist with recruitment
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain employee records and update databases
- Organize HR events and engagement activities
- Coordinate training sessions for the team
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations
- Research best practices for policy development
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Assist with compliance-related tasks
- Resolve employee inquiries and HR issues
- Execute additional duties assigned by management
