Aufgaben
- Assist in developing health and safety strategies
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies
- Review health and safety procedures across Wienerberger
- Stay updated on new legislation and local health and safety laws
- Communicate legal updates to local management teams
- Promote a healthy and safe working culture
- Support investigations of accidents and incidents
- Identify root causes of significant occurrences and near misses
- Analyze accident and incident statistics
- Recommend strategies to reduce future risks
- Contribute to training materials and manuals
- Ensure content quality meets local needs
- Raise awareness of good practices within the regional management team
- Conduct regular audits and workplace inspections
- Identify areas for improvement in management practices
- Liaise with enforcement agencies on operational matters
- Maintain relationships with directors, managers, and stakeholders
