Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end user experience for B2B SaaS products
- Build AI-driven products and agentic experiences
- Design for orchestration, trust, and explainability
- Ensure human-AI collaboration and control
- Partner with the CPO and Engineering leadership
- Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to shape strategy
- Drive adoption, retention, and revenue through UX
- Assess and evolve the UX and Research organization
- Identify gaps in skills, structure, and process
- Balance design quality with speed and business impact
- Represent UX externally with customers and analysts
- Articulate product vision and design philosophy
- Embrace AI tools in daily design and research
- Scale senior design leaders and multidisciplinary teams
- Influence across a global, multicultural organization
- Challenge assumptions and raise the UX bar
- Define design strategy for data-rich enterprise platforms
- Influence product roadmaps and prioritization
- Apply user research and data-informed decision making
- Manage design systems and prototyping workflows
- Develop diverse design and research talent
