Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or similar educational background
  • •Very good language skills in English and German
  • •Experience in leading multicultural teams and transforming organizations in IT Operations & Administration
  • •Know-how and hands-on experience in IT Administration in a multi-technology setup
  • •Excellent communication and presenting skills on a management level
  • •Mindset of an influencer wanting to shape future operational models in IT
  • •Experience of working in a highly regulated environment

Aufgaben

  • •Take responsibility for critical applications within EEX/ECC
  • •Lead a team managing application operations in a product organization
  • •Support and develop team capabilities for all products
  • •Coordinate and steer operations of external service providers
  • •Drive strategic technology decisions into the products
  • •Establish milestones and support task assignments
  • •Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and best practices
  • •Present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • •Share knowledge and recommendations with Application Managers
  • •Support team members' development opportunities
