- Lead and scale the Accounting function
- Manage German GAAP and IFRS compliance
- Design accounting processes across workstreams
- Standardize accounting processes across workstreams
- Automate accounting processes across workstreams
- Own and drive cross-functional accounting projects
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with external partners (auditors, tax advisors)
- Continuously improve the accounting process landscape
- Manage monthly and annual close processes
- Oversee monthly tax reporting
- Support related reporting requirements
- Design accurate booking logic in the core banking system
- Design scalable posting patterns in the core banking system
