Anforderungen
- 7–12 years experience in marketplace, tech, or high-growth startup/scale-up
- Proven track record in performance optimisation, sales operations, or marketplace growth
- Strong analytical mindset, hands-on with data
- Experience managing and developing teams with ownership culture
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- Background in consulting with operator role transition
- Experience introducing AI or automation into workflows
- Familiarity with supply-side marketplace economics, pricing, or monetisation
- Experience scaling processes in 100–200 person organisation
- Acts like a business owner, full ownership, no excuses
- Combines structured thinking with pragmatic, hands-on execution
- Comfortable with ambiguity, energised by building from imperfect starts
- Embraces modern tooling, AI adoption, continuous improvement
- Inspires and develops team, stays close to data

- Optimize lead qualification and prioritization
- Enhance conversion and activation processes
- Drive first booking and retention strategies
- Define supply growth by quality, geography, and segment
- Maximize conversion, efficiency, and customer value
- Own and drive key performance indicators
- Build a data-driven supply operating system
- Implement automation and AI for efficiency
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Build a performance-driven team culture
- Shape company-wide supply-related decisions
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams
- Maintain hands-on involvement where necessary
