- Establish robust project management structure for Finance.
- Implement industry-standard methodologies.
- Develop detailed project plans.
- Ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Ensure project milestones are met within budget.
- Track project performance.
- Implement corrective actions for projects.
- Conduct rigorous post-project evaluations.
- Execute key global projects independently.
- Optimize resource allocation for projects.
- Architect the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Consolidate legacy on-prem systems into cloud.
- Lead Finance into a modern digital environment.
- Automate and scale Finance processes.
- Champion the "simplification first" principle.
- Challenge existing process complexities.
- Build lean, efficient Finance processes.
- Ensure new systems provide real-time insights.
- Enable Finance to be a strategic advisor.
- Foster a culture of industry-standard technology.
- Promote continuous improvement in Finance.
- Lead the strategic projects team.
- Mentor the strategic projects team.
