- Extensive professional experience and demonstrated leadership maturity in complex, software-driven product organizations
- Strong academic foundation and passion for building high-performing engineering teams
- Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, business-critical software platforms in dynamic environments
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical technology, SaaS platforms, retail technology, or AI-enabled digital products preferred
- Exposure to regulated or quality-critical domains advantageous
- Software solutions impacting customer outcomes, operational efficiency, or clinical workflows
- Demonstrated experience in global, matrixed R&D organizations highly desirable
- Comfortable operating across geographies, cultures, and functions
- Capable of aligning distributed teams around shared technical vision, standards, and delivery goals
- Strong people leadership capabilities
- Well-developed coaching and mentoring skills to develop engineering talent
