  • Experience selling to technical buyers (SMB/mid-market)
  • Deep understanding of European (DACH) sales landscape
  • Existing network (strong plus)
  • Ability to build sales processes
  • Ability to build sales tools
  • CRM setup experience
  • Thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Proactive ownership
  • Background in compliance, GRC, or adjacent SaaS verticals (Nice-to-Have)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, TISAX, NIS2) (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience building sales function (early-stage to scale) (Nice-to-Have)
  • Prior experience at Series A–C B2B SaaS startup (Nice-to-Have)

  • Foster a high-performance sales culture
  • Promote accountability and learning within the team
  • Lead the BDR team
  • Manage outbound prospecting
  • Manage meeting generation
  • Ensure consistent prospecting activity
  • Ensure consistent outreach performance
  • Improve meeting quality
  • Improve opportunity creation
  • Optimize BDR to AE handoff
  • Optimize pipeline quality
  • Establish and refine sales processes
  • Establish and refine qualification frameworks
  • Build predictable forecasting
  • Build pipeline management
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline in HubSpot
