- Proven track record selling drug product development & manufacturing services
- Significant commercial leadership in pharmaceutical/biopharma CDMO sector
- Expertise designing and implementing commercial strategies
- Experience across several drug product technologies
- Active relationships with External Manufacturing or Strategic Sourcing
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience integrating drug substance + drug product portfolio commercial strategy
- Empowerment of people
