Anforderungen

  • University degree in electrical engineering or business administration with technical affinity
  • Minimum 10 years sales or marketing experience in Semiconductor Industry
  • Proven international leadership in cross-functional/cultural teams
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers, applications, and/or supply chains
  • Experience with global OEM channels and partners, building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to identify high-growth segments in EMEA and align product roadmaps to regional technical requirements
  • Direct experience in high-level OEM contract negotiations and volume-pricing agreements
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
  • Ability to define and execute strategies involving global internal and external stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, result orientation, customer focus
  • Team player embracing responsibility and wanting to be part of a winning team
  • Occasional business travel to meet teams and customers

  • Optimize pricing strategies
  • Develop value propositions
  • Tailor commercial offers to markets
  • Manage and mentor regional marketing teams
  • Localize global marketing initiatives
  • Provide feedback from regional markets
  • Act as regional voice in global discussions
  • Influence internal stakeholders
  • Drive KPIs for marketing effectiveness
  • Improve lead generation and conversion rates
  • Contribute to revenue growth
