Anforderungen

  • Ph.D./M.Pharm/M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, focus on sterile injectables, liposomal formulations, peptides, or novel drug delivery
  • Proven track record in formulation and analytical development for complex injectables
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, QbD, cGMPs, ANDA and 505B(2) filings)
  • Experience in leading R&D teams and managing multiple projects
  • Proactive, dynamic, and ambitious mindset
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute R&D strategy
  • Identify and prioritize pipeline opportunities
  • Lead formulation development for sterile injectables
  • Guide process and analytical development
  • Manage complex formulations (e.g., liposomal, depot injections, lyophilized, emulsions)
  • Oversee scale-up and tech transfer to manufacturing
  • Address in vivo and in vitro bioequivalence
  • Manage IP challenges (patent filing, challenging, non-infringement)
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA guidelines
  • Collaborate with RA, Quality, Manufacturing, Portfolio teams
  • Engage with external partners, CDMOs, CROs
  • Represent company in conferences, regulatory meetings
  • Foster innovation and excellence culture
  • Oversee budget planning, resource allocation
  • Manage project timelines
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies
