- Experience in data integration, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software
- Proven track record in GTM strategy, launches, and commercial impact
- Experience building scalable enablement programs
- Strong data-driven mindset using analytics and experimentation
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Strong German language skills (plus)

- Lead the Product Marketing and Sales Enablement Team
- Develop end-to-end product marketing strategy
- Shape product positioning and portfolio narrative
- Create compelling value propositions for non-technical professionals
- Drive go-to-market and launch excellence
- Package and plan integrated product launches
- Optimize website and content strategy
- Continuously improve based on data
- Enable sales and partners
- Craft customer success stories
- Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence
- Build a high-performing Product Marketing & Enablement team
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Simplify complex products for broader understanding
- Champion a test-and-learn, data-driven culture
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to leadership
