- Oversee order intake, sales, and P&L from conception to phase-out
- Lead a team of product managers and specialists to drive projects
- Communicate product line management strategies to upper management
- Identify team strengths and support career development
- Highlight product values and create sales pitches, including presentations and training
- Implement new concepts and business models for products
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to steer market share development
- Break down targets and ambition levels by product line, tracking and reporting product sales
- Monitor market requirements to achieve growth targets
- Identify products and markets for sales campaigns and design
