Aufgaben
- Lead an international team of privacy and AI compliance experts
- Ensure global data protection and AI compliance
- Provide high-quality advice and support on data compliance
- Draft and manage data and AI compliance policies
- Implement and maintain a Data Protection Management System (DPMS)
- Supervise data compliance investigations and incident tracking
- Ensure data subject rights are protected under national and international laws
- Develop a data compliance strategy aligned with the Compliance Department
- Implement KPIs and compliance goals
- Create and improve a comprehensive data compliance program
- Consider all relevant jurisdictions and internal regulations
- Minimize AI and data processing risks
- Implement and improve data compliance governance
- Coordinate data compliance services and initiatives
- Foster digitalization of data compliance
- Maintain a global digital data compliance management system
- Drive data compliance risk assessment and mitigation
- Represent the company to government bodies and regulators
