You will build and lead a global payments function from the ground up, transforming the company's transaction infrastructure into a strategic growth engine through technical and commercial excellence.

Anforderungen

• •8–10+ years Payments experience in global merchant, SaaS, or digital business
• •Deep understanding of full payments lifecycle
• •Knowledge of global payment methods and subscription billing
• •Experience leading payment product strategy and multi-PSP architectures
• •Ability to partner with Engineering on APIs and platform design
• •Understanding of payments economics and cost structures
• •Experience owning payment KPIs and data-driven decision making
• •Leadership experience in building and scaling teams
• •Excellent stakeholder management and executive influence skills
• •Fluency in written and spoken English
