Anforderungen
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
- 7–12+ years' experience in corporate and internal communications
- Strong experience in media relations, ideally Swiss media landscape
- Experience supporting senior executives or CEO visibility in listed company
- Native German speaker
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong writing and editorial skills
- Excellent judgement and ability to operate in high-visibility situations
- Experience in international or listed company environment (strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Swiss media and corporate environment
- Ability to balance transparency, precision, and reputational considerations
- Credibility with senior stakeholders and executives
- Calm, structured, and solution-oriented approach under pressure
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement proactive media engagement strategies
- Manage relationships with key Swiss and international journalists
- Support and coordinate senior leadership media visibility in Swiss and international media
- Prepare media briefings, key messages, Q&A documents, and interview materials
- Coordinate media activities for results announcements
- Coordinate media activities for strategic developments
- Coordinate media activities for acquisitions and corporate initiatives
- Maintain intranet content and navigation
- Monitor media coverage
- Provide media analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Develop and execute internal communication plans supporting strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and leadership messaging
- Draft internal announcements, leadership communications, and employee updates
- Ensure consistent messaging across headquarters, regions, and business areas
- Support and coordinate CEO and senior leadership internal visibility
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal campaigns
- Engage and foster regional communications professionals
- Organize quarterly calls for senior leaders
- Advise senior leadership on communication approach, tone, and timing in a multicultural environment
- Translate complex business, financial, and technical topics into clear, compelling communication for internal and external audiences
- Ensure alignment of internal and external narratives, especially on strategy and sustainability
- Maintain editorial standards and consistency across communication channels
- Support management of sensitive issues and reputational matters with Corporate Communications and Legal
- Prepare holding statements and internal guidance
