- Lead development of Agentic Workflows and self-service solutions
- Automate routine legal tasks
- Embed compliance guardrails into business systems
- Govern Citizen Development framework
- Empower legal professionals to build tech tools safely
- Own L&C data strategy and governance
- Drive data readiness, quality, and curation
- Shift from retrospective reporting to Predictive Analytics
- Forecast legal risks using data
- Ensure budget trends reflect real-time data
- Execute Smart Sourcing framework
- Lead make or buy decision process
- Determine optimal mix of in-house expertise, external counsel, and ALSPs
- Oversee Outside Counsel and Vendor Management
- Manage global panel hierarchy
- Optimize external legal fee budget
- Execute operational strategy to meet L&C financial goals
- Maintain operational data and forecasts for external legal fees
- Ensure L&C risk management framework effectiveness
- Oversee remediation of key control deficiencies
- Support Risk Control Self-Assessments
- Embed rules into business processes
- Redesign and optimize L&C processes
- Eliminate friction in L&C processes
- Ensure processes are digital-ready
- Serve as primary interface to Roche Digital Technology
- Translate legal requirements into technical specifications
