- Good skills in innovation and Development
- Experience and capability to lead international team
- Good skills in communication, presentation and Activity management
- Very good English and German language skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Sharepoint, Matlab, Endnote, Origin pro, ELN)
Aufgaben
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Innovation Science team
- Define scientific strategy for early-feasibility assessments
- Lead design and development of complex formulations
- Oversee analytical method development for innovation projects
- Lead process development and optimization for products
- Generate scientific knowledge on production processes
- Drive innovation development and new product concepts
- Provide strategic scientific recommendations for go/no-go decisions
- Provide early experimental evidence to support IP generation
- Provide scientific statements for IP or support patent oppositions
- Represent Innovation Science to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D and other departments on innovation projects
- Ensure scientific integrity, reproducibility, and compliance
- Manage the Innovation Science cost center and budgets
- Define annual budgets and ensure efficient resource use
- Decide on acquisition and implementation of complex equipment
