- Build and scale physical products business
- Define the product portfolio
- Run e-commerce operations
- Build scalable supply and distribution
- Lead commercial and operational development
- Take full ownership of Homecare Products
- Manage P&L for Homecare Products
- Define long-term category strategy
- Develop category growth roadmap
- Identify high-impact caregiver opportunities
- Drive revenue growth
- Optimize product margins
- Ensure sustainable unit economics
- Develop scalable commercial structures
- Develop scalable operational structures
- Evaluate and onboard MiGeL products and homecare supplies
- Identify new product opportunities
- Develop cross-selling opportunities
- Lead and grow Shopify e-commerce business
- Optimize conversion rates
- Optimize product pricing
- Optimize product merchandising
- Optimize customer experience
- Manage logistics with external partners
- Manage fulfillment with external partners
- Ensure operational excellence in the supply chain
- Lead and develop a team of 10+ employees
- Build organizational structure for scaling
- Collaborate with Marketing
- Collaborate with Sales
