In this role, you will lead the health insurance division, focusing on driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic planning, collaboration with various teams, and developing the leadership team to meet market demands.

Anforderungen

• •7-10 years of experience in insurance
• •Proven leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teams
• •Valid §34d GewO insurance license
• •Deep understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and regulatory requirements
• •Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
• •Track record of successfully implementing and scaling strategies and structures
• •Experience in post-merger integration or transformation environments
• •Strong analytical skills with experience in sales KPIs, forecasting, and CRM systems
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level
• •Fluent in English; German is highly preferred
• •Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
