- Run commercial negotiations with third-party suppliers/partners
- Owning negotiation outcomes end-to-end
- Built and led a team of GtM, commercial, or project management specialists
- Developing people while setting high execution bar
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong execution skills

- Experience with complex B2C or B2B2C offerings
- Experience in energy-tech, hardware-plus-software, or comparable categories
- Clear and concise English communication (C1/C2)

- Define the next big thing to bring to market
- Understand local competition and differentiate Heartbeat AI
- Translate insights into customer-facing offers
- Align Heartbeat AI with marketing and sales
- Define sales enablement and training
- Identify product requirements from the field
- Own end-to-end go-to-market process
- Ensure launch readiness and post-launch performance
- Optimize and scale successful setups
- Identify and approach third-party suppliers
- Negotiate commercial terms for scaling
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Set standards for function operation and scaling
- Align stakeholders to turn strategy into decisions
- Ensure decisions result in shipped, scalable outcomes
