- •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- •CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent as a strong plus
- •Minimum 8–10 years of finance experience
- •3+ years in senior leadership or head of finance role
- •Experience in Datacenter and real estate preferred
- •Familiarity with international operations and group structures
- •Technical knowledge of Swiss and IFRS accounting
- •Strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability
- •Proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
- •Excellent leadership and communication skills
- •Fluency in English and German
