- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent (strong plus)
- Minimum 8–10 years of finance experience
- 3+ years in senior leadership or head of finance role
- Datacenter experience (preferred)
- Real estate experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with international operations (strong advantage)
- Familiarity with group structures (strong advantage)
- Strong technical knowledge of Swiss accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS accounting
- Strategic mindset
- Hands-on execution capability
- Proficient in financial modelling
- Proficient in financial analysis
- Proficient in financial reporting
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in German
- Additional languages (a plus)
Aufgaben
- Support CFO and collaborate with Executive and Finance Teams
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic plan
- Track performance and establish monitoring mechanisms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee financial operations of Swiss entities and subsidiaries
- Support group consolidation and liaise with auditors
- Oversee tax compliance and manage external tax relationships
- Contribute to financing and investment activities
- Develop financial processes and tools
- Drive continuous improvement of finance systems
- Supervise accounting function and provide expertise
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team
