Aufgaben
- Drive a strong safety culture at the Visp site
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate EHS requirements
- Continuously improve EHS processes and systems
- Lead the development and implementation of the EHS management system
- Establish objectives, KPIs, and standards for EHS
- Act as the primary contact for authorities, insurers, and customers on EHS matters
- Represent Arxada in relevant committees and working groups
- Lead and develop the EHS team
- Support site management on EHS-related topics
- Coordinate EHS aspects in large-scale projects
- Drive harmonization of reporting, HAZOP, and root cause analysis processes
- Own the site’s EHS standards and roadmap
- Contribute to Arxada’s long-term sustainability and safety objectives
- Execute programs in the field with a hands-on mentality
