- Contribute to business development with sales, Relationship Managers, and Client Service operations
- Analyze impact of new regulations on the department
- Manage implementation of regulatory changes
- Contribute to the Transformation program
- Ensure depositary operating model meets current and future client needs
- Ensure technology model meets client, operational, and resiliency needs
- Interact directly with clients to manage operational challenges
- Develop relationships with clients to address emerging issues
