In this role, you will lead the contracting strategy for construction projects across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing contract templates, managing contractor relationships, and collaborating with various teams to optimize contract performance.

Anforderungen

• •Engineering degree (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) or Commercial degree, or equivalent knowledge
• •Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management for EPC/BOP in renewable energy
• •Proven experience with EPC and BOP contract models and technical services contracting
• •Fluency in English; other languages are a strong advantage
• •Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• •Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools
• •Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed

• •Provide strategic input on contracting trends and market pricing benchmarks
