- Own bid governance and performance
- Manage bid gates and milestones
- Control budgets and status reporting
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level
- Organize and steer proposal teams
- Appoint and coach key roles within the team
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve delivery targets
- Define standards, templates, KPIs, and best practices for PMO excellence
- Ensure adherence to processes and optimize performance
- Facilitate a seamless transition from bid to project execution
- Contribute to project launch readiness and risk reduction
- Support knowledge transfer and team capability development
