- Lead the global team for Automation Platform Development
- Align and implement development methodologies with other software groups
- Establish a development infrastructure for platform functionality across software products
- Set up an efficient test infrastructure and define test procedures to minimize failures
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders of the Automation Platform
- Stay updated on new technological developments and integrate them into the team's work
- Drive global team utilization and setup
- Promote open and integrative software platform development approaches
