- Proficiency with Altium and 3D CAD routing
- Knowledge of signal processing, power fundamentals, electrical engineering principles
- Familiarity with satellite subsystems and space environmental factors
- Strong hands-on mentality and comfort with physical hardware
- Knowledge of ECSS/ESCC standards, EMC/EMI, satellite AIT processes
- Proficiency in Python and Git
Aufgaben
- Represent the harness team in system and subsystem trade studies
- Design harnesses, schematics, wiring, and routing
- Define, maintain, and automate interface documentation, including Pin maps, schematics, and ICDs
- Verify equipment interfaces and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Document build instructions for harness manufacturing
- Plan and support satellite harness manufacturing and integration
- Support mechanical design, layout, integration, and as-built validation
- Continuously develop best practices and harness processes
