  • •Windows client and server knowledge
  • •Advanced Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • •Knowledge of networking concepts
  • •Management of company smartphones (iOS)
  • •Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • •Service-oriented mindset and communication skills
  • •Fluent English and German skills
  • •Experience with ERP, PLM, and Linux
  • •Desirable IT or system-related certifications
  • •Ideally experience in technical environments
  • •Interest in expanding technical breadth

Aufgaben

  • •Provide first- and second-level support for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints
  • •Manage user identities and access rights via Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • •Handle the full lifecycle of iOS mobile devices and iPhones
  • •Install and configure end-user hardware and software
  • •Maintain core infrastructure including servers, networking, storage, and backups
  • •Monitor systems to resolve incidents in a structured manner
  • •Update IT documentation, guidelines, and asset records
  • •Manage software licenses and Microsoft 365 tenants
  • •Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors
  • •Assist with system updates and operational IT policies
