- Create compounding leverage to save company-wide hours
- Write clean code that integrates with existing systems
- Connect tools with APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Ensure code is maintainable and scales without breaking
- Own end-to-end deployments from building to monitoring
- Maintain reliable systems through rigorous testing
