Anforderungen
- 5+ years in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth scale-up
- Strong quantitative academic background (Business, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
- Proven ability to structure and implement solutions for complex problems
- Comfort with financial modelling, valuation, unit economics, and capital structure
- Fluent English
- Other major European languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Shape and accelerate organic growth across the value chain
- Develop and refine growth strategy across geographies, segments, and brands
- Identify and prioritize new markets using market sizing and competitive intelligence
- Translate strategic ambitions into detailed operating plans
- Develop scalable frameworks and decision tools for BD and real estate teams
- Improve underwriting framework for new deals, incorporating ROI and risk-adjusted returns
- Conduct post-mortem reviews to refine forecasting accuracy
- Stress-test assumptions and model downside scenarios for C-Level decision-making
- Optimize pricing, distribution, and channel mix strategies with Revenue Management and Commercial teams
- Develop frameworks to benchmark portfolio performance against the market
- Lead initiatives to improve forecasting quality from property-level revenue to portfolio-level EBITDA and cash
- Translate revenue insights into concrete operating actions with regional leadership
- Support CFO in shaping funding strategy for organic growth
- Size equity, debt, and alternative capital needs
- Build and maintain capital deployment models linking growth to funding requirements
- Develop materials and analyses for investor and lender conversations
- Identify opportunities to optimize capital structure and reduce cost of capital
- Lead structured data collection from internal and external sources
- Derive clear, defensible analyses from complex data sets
- Translate strategic ideas into concrete, scalable outcomes
- Partner with operating teams through implementation
- Act as a strategic thought partner to CFO, CEO, President, and C-Level
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and management presentations
- Build strong working relationships across various teams
