Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or comparable field; or equivalent professional qualifications with substantial procurement experience.
- Several years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or direct procurement in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of chemical market – preferable polyols, isocyanates and additives for polyurethane sector, or other materials from petrochemical industry.
- Proven experience developing and implementing category strategies and managing global supplier relationships.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with confident, professional presence.
- Experience in complex, international manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Own a substantial spend category for Greiner
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide
- Develop, own, and execute global sourcing strategy
- Analyze global supply markets
- Identify opportunities and risks in supply markets
- Derive strategic initiatives for competitiveness and supply security
- Act as global point of contact for category topics
- Drive alignment across regions and business functions
- Collaborate with S&OP, Supply Planning, Operations, and Strategic Sourcing
- Lead international tender processes
- Prepare RFQs and conduct supplier evaluations
- Perform commercial analyses and contract negotiations
- Drive supplier consolidation and optimization initiatives
- Lead value-creation projects
- Establish category standards, governance structures, and sourcing guidelines
- Monitor supplier performance and category KPIs
- Monitor market trends and cost drivers
- Initiate corrective actions and improvement measures
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers
- Coordinate introduction and approval of new materials
- Ensure effective change management and business continuity
