- Manage and mentor data analysts
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Oversee development of BI solutions, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools
- Ensure data accuracy
- Analyze trends
- Transform findings into actionable insights
- Present findings to all stakeholder levels
- Influence business decisions
- Secure buy-in for BI initiatives
