- Experience in system engineering
- Experience in ground segment systems analysis, design, development, integration, verification, validation, operations, maintenance
- Capability to prepare and maintain services specifications
- Capability to prepare system requirements, design documents, and perform system level analyses for complex satellite based systems
- Experience in writing technical requirements (preferably to ECSS standards)
- Capability to prepare and maintain ICDs (Interface Control Documents)
- Knowledge of satellite ground segment system engineering, system and software life-cycles and standards
- Definition, management, traceability of requirements structure with dedicated tools (e.g. DOORS)
- Experience in Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) of complex systems
- Experience in testing coordination, execution, and verification activities
- Knowledge in AI/ML technologies, models, and supporting SW frameworks
- Knowledge in Data distribution and dissemination
- Knowledge in Ground Segment Monitoring
- Knowledge in Archive systems
- Knowledge in Computer systems, Network systems, and IT Security
- High degree of working autonomy
- Practical knowledge in Configuration Control
- Fluency in English

- Support defining, tracing, and maintaining technical requirements for MME services
- Prepare and maintain design plans for MME services
- Prepare and maintain implementation plans for MME services
- Prepare and maintain integration plans for MME services
- Support planning, executing, and documenting verification and validation activities for MME services
- Support developing test cases and procedures for MME services
- Coordinate configuration baselines across MME systems
- Support MME project initiation and planning
- Support MME project execution, monitoring, and control
- Support MME project closure activities
- Support defining and maintaining the MME service portfolio
- Support tailoring MME services to specific customer needs
- Support tailoring MME services to ground segment context
- Support developing ML/AI software applications for MME
- Manage ground segment hardware monitoring and reporting
- Manage satellite and ground station monitoring
- Manage IT computing services
- Manage IT storage services
- Manage IT network services
- Manage offline satellite analysis and reporting
