Anforderungen

• •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field
• •5+ years of experience in grid compliance and utility-scale renewable energy projects
• •Proven track record working with TSOs and DNOs, including regulatory submissions and operational compliance
• •Established professional network within the utility and regulatory landscape
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Experience representing companies in industry forums or regulatory discussions
• •Solid understanding of grid codes, cyber security, interconnection requirements, and certification standards
• •Analytical mindset with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
• •German and English C1; other European languages are always a plus
• •Willingness to travel regularly across the region

Aufgaben

• •Act as the primary technical representative for utilities, TSOs, and DNOs on grid compliance
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with TSOs and DNOs
• •Support internal teams and customers in resolving grid compliance issues
• •Oversee the preparation and submission of technical documentation
• •Prepare compliance reports and certification packages
• •Represent Sungrow in industry forums and regulatory discussions
• •Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments for compliance schemes
• •Collaborate with R&D to integrate compliance features into products
• •Coordinate with third-party technical advisors on grid strategy
