- Drive global compliance and audit execution
- Own the compliance program with Group Finance and external advisors
- Lead audit defense and manage year-end tax disclosures
- Support local audits with the Chemnitz finance team
- Oversee tax compliance activities and challenge advisory spend
- Lead the global transfer pricing lifecycle and benchmarking efforts
- Maintain intercompany agreements and review tax footprint
- Review risk and role of specific entities for TP policies
- Identify areas to simplify intercompany processes
- Review tax clauses in sales contracts to support the sales process
- Act as a tax advisor for geographical expansion and legal entity setup
