- •Solve unique problems involving cross-functional issues
- •Determine cost-effective repairs to minimize customer downtime
- •Analyze service KPIs to improve financial impact
- •Identify new business opportunities based on customer success
- •Complete expense, service, and quality reports on time
- •Maintain proactive relationships with customers and sales staff
- •Plan and execute complex technical customer training
- •Mentor new staff and provide on-the-job training
- •Share service knowledge and best practices with the team
- •Serve as a certified instructor for regional training
- •Act as the local expert for specific technical topics
- •Prepare technical documents and define spare parts lists
- •Conduct training and support in English and German
