- Develop and govern global service offerings for Network Control
- Collaborate with regional and local units to understand customer demands and market trends
- Define and implement the Global Service Strategy as part of the Service Core Team
- Create a standardized, future-ready service portfolio with Product Management, System Support, and Local Service Units
- Engage with customers and technical product managers for strategic discussions
- Translate requirements into actionable plans for technical teams
- Influence global delivery options and ensure alignment across all service units
